Just a quick bit of info, as I haven’t seen this documented. As Zoho makes updates to app integration templates in Flow the possibility arises that an app within your workflow may become deprecated. If this is the case, Zoho kindly makes this clear to you by identifying the deprecated step in the workflow and displaying a clear message. Here’s a shot of Zoho letting me know that my Wrike integration requires updating:
In this case I had to delete the step within the workflow before I was able to save it again. It’s also worth noting that the connection tied to this step was deleted as well. I’m not sure if that was something Zoho did, or was an artifact of deleting the workflow step. In either case, I thought Flow users might want to know what to expect if their app integrations are updated by the Zoho team.
